We are registered in England and Wales under company number 01585669 and have our registered office at Radius House, Berristow Lane, South Normanton, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 2JJ. We are a limited company.

   Radius Aeon is a trading name used by companies within the Radius Group. References on this website to locations in Poland or the United Arab Emirates relate to group operations only. These Terms and Conditions apply solely to Radius Systems Limited, and no other group company shall be a party to them or assume any liability in connection with the website. 

2. By using our site you accept these terms

   By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to comply with them. This website is intended for use by businesses only. These terms and conditions do not apply to consumers.

   11. Law and court applicable to a dispute

   These terms and conditions, their subject matter and formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England. We both agree that the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims arising from, or related to, a visit to our site.
